  • Yes, as a chiropractor I provide treatment at two locations in Victoria - Beta Health in Royal Oak, and Recoup Health downtown.

  • Yes. Both Beta Health and Recoup Health offer direct billing.

  • A standard chiropractic assessment costs $140 and includes treatment.

  • Yes. Shockwave therapy is available at Beta Health and is an excellent tool for musculoskeletal conditions, especially stubborn tendon-based injuries like tennis elbow, Achilles tendinitis, and jumper’s knee.

  • Yes. Laser therapy is available at Recoup Health. It is helpful for reducing acute pain and inflammation often associated with injuries like pulled muscles and sprains.

  • Yes. While I have a passion for racquet sports, I work with a wide range of patients from children to older adults. Whether you have been active your whole life or are just getting started, we can tailor treatment to your needs.

Accessibility and logistics - Beta Health

  • Yes. Beta Health is located in the Tri-Eagle Plaza in Royal Oak and has a large parking lot that is free for visitors.

  • Yes. There is a ramp outside the entrance to the building as well as automatic doors.

  • Yes. You can access Beta Health on the second floor by stairs or elevator.

  • The building entrance is on the west side. Once you’re inside you can either use the elevator or head up the stairs which are just to the right of the Island Health clinic entrance. Beta Health is on the second floor.

  • Wearing loose fitting and/or athletic clothing will help make sure we can do a full assessment. You may also find it helpful to bring any equipment you are currently using (e.g. paddle, brace, shoes, etc.) to help make the treatment and recommendations as specific as possible.

Accessibility and logistics - Recoup Health

  • Paid street parking is available outside the clinic for up to 1.5 hours. The Johnson street and View street parkades are also within one block of the clinic.

  • Yes. Recoup Health is located on the ground floor.

  • Recoup Health is located on Yates street between Blanshard and Douglas. The clinic is run entirely by the clinicians so when you arrive, feel free to use the QR code at the front to self check-in and a staff member will welcome you as soon as possible.
